SITUATION OVERVIEW

POST-TROPICAL STORM COLIN IS QUICKLY MOVING AWAY FROM THE NORTH
CAROLINA COAST. THE HEAVY RAINFALL HAS ENDED AND LITTLE TO NO
ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATION IS EXPECTED TODAY. THE THREAT OF TROPICAL
STORM FORCE WINDS HAS ALSO ENDED ALTHOUGH A FEW GUSTS TO AROUND 25
MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE ACROSS THE OUTER BANKS OVER THE NEXT FEW
HOURS ON THE BACKSIDE OF THE SYSTEM.

LITTLE TO NO ADDITIONAL IMPACTS ARE ANTICIPATED AT THIS TIME
ACROSS EASTERN NORTH CAROLINA.
* FLOODING RAIN:
LITTLE TO NO ADDITIONAL IMPACTS ARE ANTICIPATED AT THIS TIME
ACROSS EASTERN NORTH CAROLINA.
