IMPACT MAUI COUNTY THIS MORNING...BRINGING THE THREAT OF HEAVY
RAINFALL AND ISOLATED FLOODING THROUGH THURSDAY. TOTAL RAIN
ACCUMULATIONS OF 3 TO 5 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE...WITH ISOLATED
MAXIMUM AMOUNTS NEAR 10 INCHES...ESPECIALLY OVER WINDWARD
