NANGKA IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST AND IS EXPECTED TO TURN
TOWARD THE NORTHWEST WITH LITTLE CHANGE IN SPEED. NANGKA IS EXPECTED
TO STEADILY INTENSIFY OVER THE NEXT FEW DAYS.
