SOUTH-SOUTHWEST OF TINIAN AND 80 MILES SOUTH-SOUTHWEST OF SAIPAN.
CHAN-HOM WAS MOVING NORTHWEST AT 10 MPH WITH MAXIMUM SUSTAINED
WINDS OF 45 MPH.
