DANNY REMAINS A MINIMAL TROPICAL STORM EAST OF THE LEEWARD ISLANDS
AND WILL CONTINUE TO SLOWLY WEAKEN. IT WILL PASS SOUTH OF THE U.S.
VIRGIN ISLANDS ON MONDAY NIGHT AND PUERTO RICO VERY EARLY ON
TUESDAY MORNING. BREEZY TO WINDY CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED...MAINLY
ON THE CARIBBEAN COASTAL WATERS.
POTENTIAL IMPACTS

* FLOODING RAIN: IMPACTS FROM FLOODING RAIN ARE STILL A CONCERN
ACROSS PUERTO RICO AND THE US VIRGIN ISLANDS...MAINLY ON MONDAY
NIGHT AND EARLY TUESDAY. REMAIN WELL GUARDED AGAINST DANGEROUS
FLOOD WATERS HAVING FURTHER IMPACTS OF SIGNIFICANT POTENTIAL.
* WIND: NO WIND IMPACTS EXPECTED.
* TORNADOES: IMPACTS FROM TORNADOES ARE STILL A SLIGHT CONCERN
ACROSS PUERTO RICO AND THE US VIRGIN ISLANDS. REMAIN WELL BRACED
AGAINST TORNADO EVENT HAVING FURTHER LIMITED IMPACT POTENTIAL.
* SURGE: NO IMPACTS ARE ANTICIPATED AT THIS TIME ACROSS PUERTO
