CAMPECHE. SEE ABOVE. AIR MASS ISOLATED MODERATE CONVECTION IS
NOTED OVER SE LOUISIANA... CENTRAL FLORIDA...AND THE WESTERN TIP
OF CUBA. MOSTLY FAIR WEATHER IS OVER THE GULF. IN THE UPPER
