IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE WITH SOME INCREASE IN FORWARD SPEED DURING
THE NEXT DAY OR SO. ON THE FORECAST TRACK...THE CENTER OF ARTHUR
WILL PASS WELL OFFSHORE OF THE MID-ATLANTIC COAST OF THE UNITED
