EAST-NORTHEAST OF CHARLESTON SC. STORM MOTION WAS NNE OR
20 DEGREES AT 13 MPH. STORM INTENSITY WAS 90 MPH.

HURRICANE ARTHUR CONTINUES TO MOVE TO THE NORTH-NORTHEAST AND
APPROACH THE NORTH CAROLINA COAST. IMPACTS FROM THE SYSTEM HAVE
ENDED ACROSS ALL COASTAL WATERS OF SOUTHEAST SOUTH CAROLINA AND
