STRONGEST WINDS WILL BE ALONG THE BEACHES OF SOUTHEAST NORTH
CAROLINA COAST.

WINDS OF THIS MAGNITUDE WILL HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO KNOCK DOWN
SMALL OR WEAK TREES...CAUSING ISOLATED AND SPORADIC POWER OUTAGES.

...COASTAL HAZARDS...
BREAKING WAVE HEIGHTS OF 7 TO 10 FEET THURSDAY AND THURSDAY NIGHT
WILL CREATE DANGEROUS BEACH CONDITIONS FOR BEACH-GOERS. MINOR BEACH
EROSION CAN BE EXPECTED DURING HIGH TIDE THURSDAY AFTERNOON AND
LATE THURSDAY NIGHT. OCEAN RUN-UP MAY REACH THE DUNES.

STRONG RIP CURRENTS ARE EXPECTED TODAY...THURSDAY...AND POSSIBLY
LASTING INTO FRIDAY. BEACH GOERS SHOULD STAY OUT OF THE WATER.
