SOUTHEAST OF JACKSONVILLE FL. STORM MOTION WAS N OR 355 DEGREES
AT 4 MPH. STORM INTENSITY WAS 60 MPH.
.SITUATION OVERVIEW...
TROPICAL STORM ARTHUR IS EXPECTED TO PASS BETWEEN 80 TO 120 MILES
OFFSHORE THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING. THE MOST SIGNIFICANT IMPACTS
ARE EXPECTED TO BE OVER THE COASTAL WATERS BETWEEN 20 AND 60
NAUTICAL MILES OFFSHORE. A DEVELOPING SWELL WILL MAKE THE NEAR
SHORE WATERS UNCOMFORTABLE FOR SMALLER VESSELS.

LIKELY TO INCREASE. THE LATEST FORECAST IS FOR TROPICAL STORM
FORCE WINDS FROM LATE THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH TONIGHT.
SUSTAINED WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO RANGE FROM 30 TO 35 KNOTS
TODAY THROUGH TONIGHT...WITH GUSTS UP TO 50 KNOTS POSSIBLE.
