THIS EVENING WITH MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS AROUND 65 MPH. WEAKENING
IS EXPECTED AS ANDREA MOVES ACROSS GEORGIA TONIGHT AND THE EASTERN
CAROLINAS ON FRIDAY.

NORFOLK VA. STORM MOTION WAS NE OR 40 DEGREES AT 15 MPH. STORM
INTENSITY WAS 50 MPH.

AS TROPICAL STORM ANDREA MOVES UP THE COAST TOWARDS THE AREA...
RAIN AND WIND WILL INCREASE...ESPECIALLY FRIDAY MORNING THROUGH
EARLY EVENING. THE MAIN FORECAST CONCERN WITH THE TRACK OF ANDREA
IS THE POTENTIAL FOR HEAVY RAINFALL AND ASSOCIATED MINOR FLOODING.

BETWEEN TWO AND THREE INCHES OF RAIN IS EXPECTED ACROSS SOUTHEAST
VIRGINIA AND NORTHEAST NORTH CAROLINA THROUGH FRIDAY NIGHT...WITH
LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE. A THREAT FOR ISOLATED TORNADOES
