NEAR LATITUDE 29.5N...LONGITUDE 83.4W. THIS WAS ABOUT 30 MILES
NORTHWEST OF CEDAR KEY FL...OR ABOUT 140 MILES NORTH-NORTHWEST OF
MOUTH OF TAMPA BAY FL. STORM MOTION WAS NE OR 40 DEGREES AT
17 MPH. STORM INTENSITY WAS 65 MPH.

TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS ARE BEING EXPERIENCES ACROSS MUCH OF
THE WEST COAST OF FLORIDA THIS EVENING. MOST OF THE AREA IS
APPROACHING THE EVENING LOW TIDE. ISOLATED TO SCATTERED BANDS OF
SHOWERS CONTINUE TO PUSH ONSHORE...HOWEVER THE TORNADO THREAT HAS
DIMINISHED CONSIDERABLY FROM EARLIER TODAY.

ABOVE MEAN SEA LEVEL WITHIN AREAS CLOSER TO THE COAST...RESULTING
IN WORST CASE FLOOD INUNDATION OF 3 TO 5 FEET ABOVE GROUND LEVEL
SOMEWHERE WITHIN THE SURGE ZONE.
