ANDREA REMAINS A TROPICAL STORM WITH MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS OF 60
MPH. THE BUOY 60 NAUTICAL MILES SOUTH OF APALACHICOLA RECENTLY
REPORTED SUSTAINED WINDS OF 39 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 52 MPH.
