TROPICAL STORM ANDREA HAS STRENGTHENED FURTHER OVERNIGHT WITH
THE CENTRAL PRESSURE FALLING AND MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS
INCREASING INTO THE UPPER HALF OF THE TROPICAL STORM FORCE RANGE.
THE TROPICAL STORM WARNING HAS BEEN EXPANDED FURTHER TO INCLUDE INTO
MUCH OF THE FLORIDA BIG BEND...AS WELL AS SOUTH CENTRAL GEORGIA.

TROPICAL STORM ANDREA HAS CONTINUED TO STRENGTHEN OVERNIGHT AND NOW

CENTER OF ANDREA IS EXPECTED TO APPROACH THE FLORIDA BIG BEND COAST
LATE THIS AFTERNOON...WITH TROPICAL STORM FORCE WINDS AND RAINFALL
SPREADING INTO THE AREA AHEAD OF THE CENTER DURING THE LATTER HALF
OF THE MORNING HOURS AND INTO THE AFTERNOON. THEREFORE...THE MOST
SIGNIFICANT IMPACTS SHOULD BE CONCENTRATED DURING THE AFTERNOON AND
EVENING HOURS TODAY. THE PRIMARY...AND MOST WIDESPREAD THREAT...WILL
BE HEAVY RAINFALL AND FLASH FLOODING. TROPICAL STORM FORCE WINDS OR
