A TROPICAL WAVE LOCATED OVER WEST AFRICA IS EXPECTED TO MOVE
WESTWARD AT 10 TO 15 MPH...AND AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE COULD FORM
AFTER THE WAVE MOVES OFF OF THE COAST ON FRIDAY. SOME DEVELOPMENT
