AS OF 2100 UTC...A WEAK STATIONARY FRONT EXTENDS FROM SE
LOUISIANA NEAR 29N90W TO BROWNSVILLE TEXAS AT 26N97W. SCATTERED
SHOWERS ARE WITHIN 30 NM OF THE FRONT. ONLY 10-15 KT NE WINDS
ARE BEHIND THE FRONT. THE REMAINDER OF THE GULF OF MEXICO HAS
10-15 KT SE RETURN FLOW AND FAIR WEATHER. TEMPERATURES ARE IN
THE 60'S AND 70'S THROUGHOUT THE GULF. IN THE UPPER LEVELS...
ZONAL FLOW IS NOTED WITH MOISTURE OVER THE N GULF N OF 25N AND
STRONG SUBSIDENCE OVER THE S GULF. EXPECT THE FRONT TO
RETROGRADE BACK N TONIGHT WITH SHOWERS TO BE ALONG THE COAST IN
24 HOURS.

10-25 KT TRADEWINDS ARE OVER THE CARIBBEAN SEA WITH STRONGEST
WINDS ALONG THE COAST OF COLOMBIA AND LIGHTEST WINDS IN THE GULF
OF HONDURAS. PATCHES OF BROKEN LOW CLOUDS WITH SCATTERED SHOWERS
ARE OVER THE WINDWARD DUE TO A SHEAR AXIS. MORE SCATTERED
