LATITUDE 31.1N...LONGITUDE 91.8W. THIS WAS ABOUT 50 MILES
EAST-SOUTHEAST OF ALEXANDRIA LA...OR ABOUT 60 MILES
NORTH-NORTHEAST OF LAFAYETTE LA. STORM MOTION WAS NW OR
325 DEGREES AT 8 MPH. STORM INTENSITY WAS 45 MPH.

.SITUATION OVERVIEW...
ISSAC WILL CONTINUE TO TRACK SLOWLY NORTHWEST WHILE WEAKENING. THE
SYSTEM WILL HOWEVER CONTINUE TO PRODUCE TROPICAL STORM FORCE WINDS
OVER PORTIONS OF THE AREA. FLOODING RAINS ARE NOW NOT ANTICIPATED.
THE FLASH FLOOD WATCH HAS BEEN CANCELLED.
