SOUTHEAST OF NATCHITOCHES LOUISIANA...OR ABOUT 230 MILES SOUTH-
SOUTHEAST OF MONROE LOUISIANA. STORM MOTION WAS NORTHWEST OR 310
DEGREES AT 6 MPH. STORM INTENSITY WAS 80 MPH.

HURRICANE ISAAC HAS MADE A SECOND LANDFALL ALONG THE SOUTHEAST
LOUISIANA COAST AS A CATEGORY ONE HURRICANE. A FLASH FLOOD THREAT

WITH ISOLATED HIGHER AMOUNTS ARE POSSIBLE DURING THIS TIME.
SIGNIFICANT FLASH FLOODING WILL BE POSSIBLE...DEPENDING ON THE
INLAND TRACK OF ISAAC.

SUSTAINED TROPICAL STORM FORCE WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO BEGIN LATE
WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON. MAXIMUM WINDS ARE FORECAST TO BE IN THE
35 TO 45 MPH RANGE WITH GUSTS TO 60 MPH. MINOR TO MODERATE DAMAGE
IS LIKELY TO MANY MOBILE HOMES...ESPECIALLY THOSE THAT HAVE
CANOPIES...AWNINGS...OR CARPORTS. POORLY CONSTRUCTED HOMES MAY
SUSTAIN MINOR WALL DAMAGE AND PARTIAL ROOF REMOVAL. OTHER HOMES
MAY HAVE MINOR ROOF AND SIDING DAMAGE. SOME LOOSE OUTDOOR ITEMS
WILL BE TOSSED AROUND AND MAY CAUSE ADDITIONAL DAMAGE. A FEW
