LATITUDE 25.7N...LONGITUDE 84.7W. THIS WAS ABOUT 200 MILES
WEST-NORTHWEST OF KEY WEST FL. STORM MOTION WAS WNW OR
300 DEGREES AT 14 MPH. STORM INTENSITY WAS 65 MPH.

TROPICAL STORM ISAAC IS MOVING OVER THE SOUTHEASTERN GULF OF MEXICO
THIS MORNING...AND IS EXPECTED TO INTENSIFY AS IT MOVES
NORTHWESTWARD. TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS WILL PERSIST ACROSS THE
FLORIDA KEYS AND ADJACENT WATERS THROUGH LATE THIS MORNING.

SUBSIDING OVER THE NEXT FEW HOURS.

TROPICAL STORM FORCE WIND GUSTS WILL BE SLOWLY DIMINISHING OVER THE
NEXT FEW HOURS. HOWEVER...WINDS OF 25 TO 30 MPH ARE STILL POSSIBLE
LATE THIS MORNING THROUGH THE AFTERNOON ACROSS THE KEYS ISLAND
CHAIN...WITH GUSTS ABOVE 40 MPH BECOMING LESS FREQUENT.

FOR MARINE INTERESTS...SUSTAINED TROPICAL STORM FORCE WINDS WILL
PERSIST ACROSS THE EXTREME SOUTHEAST GULF OF MEXICO WATERS THROUGH
ABOUT NOON...WITH SEAS IN THOSE DEEP WATERS OF 12 TO 18
FEET. GUSTS ABOVE TROPICAL STORM STRENGTH WILL BECOME LESS FREQUENT
THROUGH THE AFTERNOON IN THE ATLANTIC WATERS. NEARSHORE ATLANTIC
WATERS WATERS WILL BE EXTREMELY ROUGH. SEAS OF 14 TO 18 FEET IN THE
STRAITS WILL BE SUBSIDING TO 10 TO 14 FEET THIS AFTERNOON.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL TOTALS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE IN
