BE EXTREMELY ROUGH...AND SEAS IN DEEP WATER BEYOND THE REEF AND
IN THE GULF OF MEXICO WILL BUILD UP TO 15 TO 20 FEET OR HIGHER
LATER TODAY.

GIVEN THE LATEST OFFICIAL FORECAST OF TROPICAL STORM ISAAC...
EXPECT MAXIMUM STORM TIDES OF 1 TO 3 FEET ABOVE MEAN SEA LEVEL IN
THE UPPER AND MIDDLE KEYS...WITH 2 TO 4 FEET POSSIBLE IN THE
LOWER KEYS.

RAINFALL TOTALS OF 6 TO 10 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE IN THE FLORIDA
KEYS. EXPECT FLOODING AND STANDING WATER IN LOW LYING AND POOR
DRAINAGE AREAS FROM TODAY THROUGH MONDAY...AS WELL AS MODERATE
FLOODING OF SECONDARY ROADS. MOTORISTS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR
STANDING WATER ON THE OVERSEAS HIGHWAY IN HEAVY DOWNPOURS.

AT THIS TIME THE TORNADO THREAT IS LOW FOR THE FLORIDA KEYS AND
SURROUNDING WATERS. TORNADO POTENTIAL IS EXPECTED TO INCREASE WITHIN
SPIRAL RAIN BANDS AS THE LARGE CIRCULATION ASSOCIATED WITH TROPICAL
STORM ISAAC APPROACHES THIS MORNING.
