CUBA THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...EMERGING OFF THE NORTH COAST OF
CUBA AND OVER THE STRAITS OF FLORIDA BY EARLY SUNDAY. THE CURRENT
OFFICIAL FORECAST TRACK FROM THE NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER HAS ISAAC
CROSSING THE FLORIDA KEYS SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING...AND MOVING
OVER THE SOUTHEASTERN GULF OF MEXICO SUNDAY NIGHT AND MONDAY. STRONG
TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED ACROSS THE FLORIDA KEYS AND
