ALL OF PUERTO RICO AND THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS COASTAL WATERS.
A FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS IN EFFECT FOR ALL OF PUERTO RICO AND THE
U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS. PLEASE LISTEN CLOSELY FOR ANY FLOOD WARNINGS

LATITUDE 16.0N...LONGITUDE 60.2W. THIS WAS ABOUT 425 MILES EAST-
SOUTHEAST OF SAN JUAN PR...OR ABOUT 312 MILES EAST-SOUTHEAST OF
SAINT CROIX VI. STORM MOTION WAS WNW OR 295 DEGREES AT 12 MPH.
STORM INTENSITY WAS 45 MPH.
.SITUATION OVERVIEW...
TROPICAL STORM MARIA WILL CONTINUE TO TRACK TO THE WEST NORTHWEST
OR NORTHWEST OVER THE NEXT 36 HOURS AROUND 13 MPH. ON THE FORECAST
TRACK...MARIA WILL BE PASSING OVER THE BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS
EARLY SUNDAY MORNING AND MOVE INTO THE ATLANTIC COASTAL WATERS
SUNDAY AFTERNOON. OCCASIONAL SHOWERS WILL AFFECT THE COASTAL
WATERS THROUGH THE DAY...HOWEVER...SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE
EXPECTED TO BECOME MORE NUMEROUS AFTER MIDNIGHT TONIGHT. ISOLATED
TORNADOES OR WATERSPOUTS WILL BE POSSIBLE ACROSS CULEBRA AND THE
U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS LATE TONIGHT AND SUNDAY. A STORM SURGE OF UP
