...WINDS AND SEAS...
AS TROPICAL STORM MARIA MOVES CLOSER...THE THREAT FOR SUSTAINED
HIGH WINDS IS LIKELY TO INCREASE. THE LATEST FORECAST IS FOR
TROPICAL STORM FORCE WINDS FROM EARLY SATURDAY AFTERNOON TO LATE
SUNDAY MORNING. A GENERAL CONCERN SHOULD BE FOR THE INCREASING
LIKELIHOOD OF AT LEAST MINOR TO LOCALLY MODERATE WIND DAMAGE
SOMEWHERE WITHIN THE AREA.
...INLAND FLOODING...
FOUR TO EIGHT INCHES OF RAIN ARE LIKELY ALONG THE TRACK OF THE
STORM. THIS POSES A THREAT OF MODERATE FLOODING. MODERATE
