NORTH-NORTHWEST IS EXPECTED LATER TODAY...FOLLOWED BY A TURN TOWARD
THE NORTH AND THEN THE NORTH-NORTHEAST WITH AN INCREASE IN FORWARD
SPEED LATE THURSDAY AND EARLY FRIDAY. ON THE FORECAST TRACK...THE
