FOR THE NORTH ATLANTIC...CARIBBEAN SEA AND THE GULF OF MEXICO...
THE NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER IS ISSUING ADVISORIES ON RECENTLY-
DOWNGRADED TROPICAL STORM RINA...LOCATED ABOUT 70 MILES SOUTH OF
COZUMEL MEXICO.
A SURFACE TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE CONTINUES TO PRODUCE DISORGANIZED
CLOUDINESS AND SHOWERS OVER THE WESTERN CARIBBEAN SEA. DEVELOPMENT
OF THIS SYSTEM IS NOT LIKELY DURING THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS...AND IT
HAS A LOW CHANCE...NEAR 0 PERCENT...OF BECOMING A TROPICAL CYCLONE
DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS AS IT MOVES WESTWARD AT 10 TO 15 MPH.
ELSEWHERE...TROPICAL CYCLONE FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED DURING THE
NEXT 48 HOURS.
