27N92W...TO 20N97W IN THE SOUTHWESTERN CORNER IN THE COASTAL
PLAINS OF MEXICO. THE NEXT COLD FRONT IS NOT FORECAST TO REACH
THE TEXAS GULF COAST/THE NORTHWESTERN GULF OF MEXICO UNTIL

WATERS AND COASTAL PLAINS OF PANAMA AND COSTA RICA. SCATTERED
