MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHEAST NEAR 13 MPH...20 KM/H...AND THIS MOTION
IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS WITH AN INCREASE
IN FORWARD SPEED. ON THE FORECAST TRACK...THE CENTER OF THE SEAN
