A TROPICAL STORM WATCH HAS NOW BEEN ISSUED.

THIS LOCAL STATEMENT PROVIDES IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND
RECOMMENDED ACTIONS FOR PEOPLE AND MARINE INTERESTS IN SELECT
LOCATIONS AND COASTAL WATERS OF DEEP SOUTH TEXAS AND THE GULF OF
MEXICO.
