MOVING TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST NEAR 13 MPH...20 KM/H. A GENERAL
MOTION TOWARD THE WEST OR WEST-NORTHWEST IS EXPECTED FOR THE NEXT
COUPLE OF DAYS. ON THE FORECAST TRACK...THE CENTER OF HARVEY WILL
