2N TO 5N BETWEEN 25W AND 30W. ISOLATED MODERATE COVER THE AREA
FROM THE EQUATOR TO 4N BETWEEN THE PRIME MERIDIAN AND 3W.

THE CURRENT COLD FRONT IS COMPARATIVELY SHALLOW...WITHOUT MUCH
UPPER LEVEL SUPPORT. ALL THE UPPER LEVEL CYCLONIC FLOW IS OVER
LAND WAY TO THE NORTH OF 34N TO THE EAST OF 90W. BROAD UPPER
LEVEL MOISTURE IS BEING PUSHED ACROSS THE AREA BY THE UPPER
LEVEL ANTICYCLONIC FLOW. GALE-FORCE WINDS COVER THE GULF OF
MEXICO TO THE WEST OF THE COLD FRONT. THE COLD FRONT EXTENDS
FROM A 1018 MB LOW PRESSURE CENTER THAT IS IN THE FLORIDA
PANHANDLE NEAR 31N86W...TO 28N90W TO 25N95W...TO THE MEXICO
GULF COAST NEAR 21N. THE FRONT CURVES NORTHWESTWARD TO 26N103W.
THE FRONT BECOMES STATIONARY AT 26N103W AND IT CONTINUES BEYOND
31N109W IN NORTHWESTERN MEXICO.
THE CARIBBEAN SEA...
LARGE-SCALE UPPER LEVEL ANTICYCLONIC FLOW COVERS THE AREA.
A SURFACE-TO-LOW LEVEL INVERTED TROUGH IS ALONG 21N82W 18N83W
TO THE HONDURAS COAST NEAR 16N84W. A REMNANT CLOUD LINE
CONTINUES FROM THE MONA PASSAGE TO 90 NM TO THE SOUTH OF
JAMAICA...TO NORTHEASTERN COASTAL NICARAGUA. A BROAD
SURFACE-TO-LOW LEVEL INVERTED TROUGH EXTENDS FROM THE PANAMA
COAST NEAR 9N79W TO 15N76W. A REMNANT CLOUD LINE CONTINUES
WITHIN 30 NM TO 60 NM ON EITHER SIDE OF THE LINE THAT PASSES
THROUGH 20N60W TO 18N64W 17N65W 15N69W 13N73W.
THE ATLANTIC OCEAN...
AN UPPER LEVEL TROUGH PASSES THROUGH 32N55W TO 26N69W. THIS
GIVES SUPPORT TO THE COLD FRONT THAT PASSES THROUGH 32N66W TO
31N71W. LITTLE TO NO PRECIPITATION ACCOMPANIES THIS FRONT.
SURFACE ANTICYCLONIC WIND FLOW COVERS THE AREA FROM 20N TO 30N
BETWEEN 70W AND FLORIDA AROUND A 1021 MB HIGH PRESSURE CENTER
THAT IS NEAR GRAND BAHAMA ISLAND. A COLD FRONT PASSES THROUGH
32N43W IN THE CENTRAL ATLANTIC OCEAN TO 28N50W TO 23N59W.
A DISSIPATING STATIONARY FRONT CONTINUES FROM 23N59W TO 19N63W.
LITTLE TO NO PRECIPITATION ACCOMPANIES THIS FRONT. SURFACE
ANTICYCLONIC WIND FLOW COVERS THE AREA FROM 14N TO 30N BETWEEN
AFRICA AND 45W AROUND A 1023 MB HIGH PRESSURE CENTER THAT IS
NEAR 27N31W.
