RICO...INCLUDING VIEQUES AND CULEBRA AND ALL OF THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS.
A FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS IN EFFECT FOR ALL OF PUERTO RICO AND THE
U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS. PLEASE LISTEN CLOSELY FOR ANY FLOOD WARNINGS

AT 9 PM AST...THE CENTER OF HURRICANE EARL WAS LOCATED NEAR
LATITUDE 19.7N...LONGITUDE 65.5W. THIS WAS ABOUT 100 MILES NORTH
NORTHEAST OF SAN JUAN PR. MOVEMENT WAS TO THE WEST NORTHWEST OR
300 DEGREES AT 14 MPH. MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS WERE NEAR 135 MPH.

OUTER RAIN BANDS WILL CONTINUE TO POUND THE NORTH CENTRAL AND
NORTHEAST COASTS OF PUERTO RICO AND THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS WITH
