SOUTHEAST LOUISIANA AND SOUTH MISSISSIPPI.
A FLOOD WATCH IS IN EFFECT FOR THE MISSISSIPPI GULF COAST.

LATITUDE 29.5 NORTH...LONGITUDE 88.8 WEST. THIS IS ABOUT 80 MILES
SOUTHEAST OF NEW ORLEANS...OR ABOUT 65 MILES SOUTH-SOUTHEAST OF
GULFPORT MS. STORM MOTION WAS NORTH OR 360 DEGREES AT 10 MPH.
STORM INTENSITY WAS 60 MPH.
