BRING INDOORS. PREPARATIONS SHOULD ALSO BE TAKEN FOR EXCESSIVE
HEAVY RAINFALL AMOUNTS WHICH WILL CAUSE WIDESPREAD FLOODING.
...WINDS...
TROPICAL STORM FORCE WINDS OF 40 TO 50 MPH WILL BEGIN TO IMPACT
THE EXTREME SOUTHERN PORTIONS OF NORTHEAST TEXAS AS WELL AS THE
SOUTHERN HALF OF NORTHWEST AND NORTH CENTRAL LOUISIANA AS EARLY AS

THE REGION...WIDESPREAD RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 10 TO 15 INCHES WILL
BE POSSIBLE WITH ISOLATED HIGHER TOTALS NEAR 20 INCHES THROUGH
LATE WEEK.
...TORNADOES...
THERE WILL BE A RISK OF TORNADOES AS THE OUTER RAIN BANDS FROM
GUSTAV MOVE ACROSS THE REGION. THE RISK WILL INCREASE OVER AREAS
THAT WILL BE ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE STORM MONDAY AFTERNOON
THROUGH THE DAY TUESDAY INTO TUESDAY NIGHT. ON THE PRESENT
TRACK...ALL OF NORTHWEST AND NORTH CENTRAL LOUISIANA AS WELL AS
