GUSTAV IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHWEST NEAR 16 MPH...26 KM/HR...AND
THIS MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS WITH
SOME DECREASE IN FORWARD SPEED EXPECTED ON MONDAY.  ON THIS

BEGIN TO SLOW DOWN DRASTICALLY PROVIDING A PROLONGED RAIN THREAT TO
THE LOWER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY. RAINFALL TOTALS AT THIS TIME LOOK LIKE
THERE COULD RANGE FROM 4 TO 6 INCHES WITH ISOLATED AMOUNTS GREATER
THAN 10 INCHES POSSIBLE.
