GUSTAV IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHWEST NEAR 12 MPH...AND THIS GENERAL

ISOLATED TORNADOES WILL BE POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT AS THE
OUTER RAIN BANDS OF HURRICANE GUSTAV MOVE THROUGH PORTIONS OF THE
FLORIDA KEYS.

A TROPICAL STORM WARNING IS IN EFFECT FOR THE WATERS WEST OF KEY
WEST. A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT FOR ALL OTHER ATLANTIC AND
GULF SIDE WATERS. EAST WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 20 TO 25 KNOTS LATER
TODAY. TONIGHT...ACROSS THE FLORIDA STRAITS FROM WEST OF THE SEVEN
MILE BRIDGE THROUGH KEY WEST...WINDS WILL BECOME SOUTHEAST AND
INCREASE TO AROUND 30 KNOTS WITH NUMEROUS SQUALLS...AND TROPICAL
STORM FORCE WINDS POSSIBLE. WEST OF KEY WEST TO THE DRY TORTUGAS...
SOUTHEAST WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 35 TO 40 KNOTS TONIGHT WITH HIGHER
WINDS POSSIBLE IN NUMEROUS SQUALLS. SEAS WILL BUILD UP TO 11 FEET
OVER THE FLORIDA STRAITS WEST OF SEVEN MILE BRIDGE.
