40 MILES SOUTH OF HUNTINGTON WEST VIRGINIA.
THE SURFACE LOW IS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 8 MPH...13 KM/HR. THE
REMNANTS OF FAY WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE NORTHEASTWARD TODAY.
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE 10 MPH. THE MINIMUM CENTRAL PRESSURE
