FLASH FLOOD WATCHES REMAIN IN EFFECT FOR PORTIONS OF WESTERN NORTH
AND SOUTH CAROLINA...AND SOUTHWESTERN VIRGINIA.  FLOOD WARNINGS
REMAIN IN EFFECT FOR PORTIONS OF GEORGIA AND FLORIDA.

AT 1100 AM EDT...15Z...THE WEAK SURFACE LOW ASSOCIATED WITH FAY
WAS LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 36.5 NORTH...LONGITUDE 83.6 WEST...OR
ABOUT 43 MILES SOUTHEAST OF LONDON KENTUCKY.

THE SURFACE LOW IS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 10 MPH...17 KM/HR. THE
REMNANTS OF FAY WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE NORTHEASTWARD AND WEAKEN
ACROSS THE APPALACHIANS TODAY.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE 10 MPH.  THE MINIMUM CENTRAL PRESSURE
IS 1009 MB...29.80 INCHES.
