FLASH FLOOD WATCHES REMAIN IN EFFECT FOR PORTIONS OF EASTERN
ALABAMA...NORTHERN GEORGIA...THE FAR WESTERN FLORIDA
PANHANDLE...MUCH OF EASTERN TENNESSEE...AND PORTIONS OF SOUTHWEST
NORTH CAROLINA AND NORTHWEST SOUTH CAROLINA. FLOOD WARNINGS REMAIN
IN EFFECT FOR PORTIONS OF ALABAMA...GEORGIA...AND FLORIDA.

AT 1000 AM CDT...15Z...THE REMNANT LOW ASSOCIATED WITH FAY WAS
LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 34.7 NORTH...LONGITUDE 87.2 WEST...OR 25
MILES... 39 KM WEST OF HUNTSVILLE ALABAMA.

THE REMNANT LOW IS MOVING NORTH AT 16 MPH...25 KM/HR. THE FORECAST
TRACK INDICATES THAT THE REMNANTS OF FAY WILL CONTINUE MOVING INTO
TENNESSEE TONIGHT AND WEDNESDAY MORNING...AND ACCELERATE
NORTHEASTWARD ACROSS EASTERN KENTUCKY ON WEDNESDAY EVENING.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE 20 MPH...WITH HIGHER GUSTS. THE
REMNANTS OF FAY WILL BE INCORPORATED INTO A MID-LATITUDE TROUGH
TONIGHT ACROSS CENTRAL APPALACHIA. THE MINIMUM CENTRAL PRESSURE IS
