NEAR LATITUDE 29.9 NORTH...LONGITUDE 84.9 WEST OR OVER THE FLORIDA
PANHANDLE ABOUT 15 MILES NORTH-NORTHEAST OF APALACHICOLA FLORIDA
AND ABOUT 50 MILES EAST-SOUTHEAST OF PANAMA CITY FLORIDA.
FAY IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST NEAR 7 MPH...AND THIS GENERAL
MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT 24 TO 48 HOURS. ON THE
FORECAST TRACK...FAY WILL BE NEAR OR OVER THE GULF COAST OF THE
