NORTH OF CEDAR KEY. FAY IS MOVING WESTWARD NEAR 6 MPH. MAXIMUM
SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 45 MPH WITH HIGHER GUSTS. THE ESTIMATED
MINIMUM CENTRAL PRESSURE IS 997 MB... OR 29.44 INCHES. LITTLE
