MILES SOUTH OF SAVANNAH...AND 263 MILES SOUTH SOUTHWEST OF
CHARLESTON.
FAY IS DRIFTING TOWARD THE WEST NEAR 2 MPH. FAY IS FORECAST TO
MOVE WESTWARD OR WEST NORTHWESTWARD WITH SOME INCREASE IN FORWARD
