FAY IS DRIFTING TOWARD THE NORTH NEAR 3 MPH...6 KM/HR. FAY IS
EXPECTED TO REMAIN OVER OR VERY NEAR THE EAST COAST OF NORTH
FLORIDA TODAY WITH A GRADUAL TURN TOWARD THE NORTHWEST DURING THE
