THROUGH TONIGHT TO CONTINUE SPIRALING BANDS OF SHOWERS AND SQUALLS
SOUTHWARD ON THE WESTERN PERIPHERY OF THE CIRCULATION. COVERAGE
OF SHOWERS...SQUALLS AND ISOLATED LIGHTNING STORMS WILL REMAIN
HIGH. TROPICAL STORM WIND GUSTS WILL LIKELY CONTINUE...WITH THE
STRONGEST GUSTS MOST LIKELY NEAR THE COAST AND DURING SHOWERS.
FAY IS EXPECTED TO REMAIN NEAR OR JUST OFFSHORE THE CENTRAL OR

COAST...FREQUENT GUSTS OF 35 TO 45 MPH WILL CONTINUE WITH A FEW

DURING THE PAST 24 HOURS ALONG THE COAST FROM CENTRAL BREVARD COUNTY
SOUTH...AND INLAND TO OSCEOLA AND OKEECHOBEE COUNTIES. MINOR TO
MODERATE FLOODING OCCURRED ACROSS MUCH OF THIS REGION. A FLOOD
WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM FOR THIS REGION DUE TO AREAS
OF STANDING WATER AND THE THREAT FOR A FEW ADDITIONAL HEAVY
SHOWERS OVERNIGHT.
SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS SHOWERS WILL REDEVELOP ACROSS ALL OF EAST
CENTRAL FLORIDA...WITH ADDITIONAL PERIODS OF HEAVY RAINFALL. THE
FLOOD WATCH WILL LIKELY BE EXTENDED FOR AT LEAST A PORTION OF
CENTRAL FLORIDA LATER THIS MORNING AND WILL INCLUDE AN ASSESSMENT OF

CURRENTLY NO SIGNIFICANT FLOODING. THE LATEST STAGE HEIGHTS AT
LAKE HARNEY...SANFORD...DELAND...AND ASTOR ARE ALL BELOW RIVER
FLOOD STAGE. RAIN TOTALS IN THE VICINITY...SO FAR...HAVE NOT BEEN
HIGH ENOUGH TO RAISE IMMEDIATE CONCERN. AS OF THIS MORNING...THE
STAGE AT ASTOR IS THE CLOSEST TO FLOOD HEIGHTS...BUT IT HAS NOT
REACHED ACTION LEVEL.
