NORTH...80.7 DEGREES WEST OR ABOUT 30 MILES SOUTH SOUTHWEST OF MELBOURNE
FLORIDA. FAY IS EXPECTED TO MOVE TOWARD THE NORTH-NORTHEAST NEAR 5
MPH OVERNIGHT. MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 50 MPH WITH HIGHER
GUSTS. THE ESTIMATED MINIMUM CENTRAL PRESSURE IS 990 MB...29.23
