SEBRING IN HIGHLANDS COUNTY. FAY HAS MOVED LITTLE OVER THE LAST
FEW HOURS...BUT A MOTION TOWARD THE NORTH NORTHEAST AT 6 MPH IS
EXPECTED OVERNIGHT. MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 60 MPH WITH
