AT 1000 PM CDT...0300Z...SURFACE OBSERVATIONS ACROSS CENTRAL TEXAS
INDICATED EDOUARD NO LONGER HAS A CLOSED WIND CIRCULATION...AND
THEREFORE IS NO LONGER CONSIDERED A TROPICAL DEPRESSION.  THE
REMNANT LOW ASSOCIATED WITH EDOUARD WAS LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 33.6
NORTH...LONGITUDE 99.8 WEST OR 80 MILES...129 KM WEST-SOUTHWEST OF
WICHITA FALLS TEXAS AND 175 MILES...282 KM WEST-NORTHWEST OF
DALLAS TEXAS.

THE DISTURBANCE IS MOVING TO THE NORTHWEST AT APPROXIMATELY 13
MPH...21 KM/HR. THIS GENERAL MOTION IS EXPECTED OVER THE NEXT 12
HOURS.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS REMAIN NEAR 15 MPH...24 KM/HR WITH HIGHER
GUSTS. THE MINIMUM CENTRAL PRESSURE WAS 1012 MB...OR 29.88 INCHES.
