WAS LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 30.2 NORTH...LONGITUDE 95.2 WEST OR
ABOUT 35 MILES NORTH-NORTHEAST OF HOUSTON TEXAS.
THE DEPRESSION WAS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST NEAR 9 MPH...
AND THIS MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT DAY OR SO
UNTIL THE CIRCULATION DISSIPATES.
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 35 MPH WITH HIGHER GUSTS.
CONTINUED WEAKENING IS EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT 24 HOURS.
ESTIMATED MINIMUM CENTRAL PRESSURE IS 1003 MB.
