50 MILES SOUTHEAST OF HIGH ISLAND.
EDOUARD IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST NEAR 12 MPH AND THIS
MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE TODAY. ON THE FORECAST TRACK...
THE CENTER OF EDOUARD IS EXPECTED TO MOVE INTO THE UPPER TEXAS
COAST BETWEEN HIGH ISLAND AND SABINE PASS EARLY THIS MORNING.
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 65 MPH WITH HIGHER
GUSTS. SOME ADDITIONAL STRENGTHENING MIGHT OCCUR PRIOR TO
