FOR THE NORTH ATLANTIC...CARIBBEAN SEA AND THE GULF OF MEXICO...
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS...ASSOCIATED WITH A BROAD AREA OF LOW
PRESSURE CENTERED INLAND ALONG THE TEXAS/MEXICO BORDER...CONTINUE
OVER PORTIONS OF THE WESTERN GULF OF MEXICO THIS AFTERNOON. EVEN
THOUGH TROPICAL CYCLONE DEVELOPMENT IS NOT EXPECTED...THE
COMBINATION OF THIS LOW AND HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE SOUTHEASTERN
UNITED STATES WILL PRODUCE GUSTY WINDS AND HEAVY RAINS OVER
PORTIONS OF EASTERN TEXAS AND SOUTHERN LOUISIANA DURING THE NEXT
COUPLE OF DAYS.
ELSEWHERE...TROPICAL STORM FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED THROUGH MONDAY.
