BASED ON 0600 UTC SURFACE ANALYSIS AND SATELLITE IMAGERY
THROUGH 1015 UTC.
...TROPICAL WAVES...
AN ATLANTIC OCEAN TROPICAL WAVE HAS BEEN RE-LOCATED FROM 41W
AT 08/0345 UTC TO 46W AT 08/1015 UTC BASED ON THE SATELLITE
IMAGERY INTERPRETATION. ISOLATED MODERATE SHOWERS FROM 14N
TO 21N BETWEEN 40W AND 50W.
AN ATLANTIC OCEAN TROPICAL WAVE IS ALONG 60W/61W SOUTH OF 16W
MOVING WEST 10 TO 15 KT. NO SIGNIFICANT AND DEEP CONVECTIVE
PRECIPITATION IS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS WAVE. THIS WAVE IS MOVING
TOWARD A MIDDLE TO UPPER LEVEL TROUGH IN THE EASTERN CARIBBEAN
SEA.
AN EAST-CENTRAL CARIBBEAN SEA TROPICAL WAVE IS ALONG 70W MOVING
WEST 10 TO 15 KT. UPPER LEVEL SOUTHWESTERLY WINDS CUT ACROSS
THE AREA OF THIS WAVE.
A TROPICAL WAVE IS ALONG 92W/93W SOUTH OF 21N FROM THE
SOUTHWESTERN GULF OF MEXICO JUST WEST OF THE YUCATAN PENINSULA
SOUTHWARD. THIS WAVE PASSING UNDER THE UPPER LEVEL RIDGE MAY
HAVE HELPED TO ENHANCE SOME OF THE CURRENT PRECIPITATION THAT
IS OCCURRING AT THIS TIME.
...THE ITCZ...
11N16W 10N30W 10N43W 8N48W 6N55W. SCATTERED MODERATE SHOWERS

...DISCUSSION...
THE GULF OF MEXICO...THE NORTHWESTERN CARIBBEAN SEA...AND
THE ATLANTIC OCEAN WEST OF 67W...
A DEEP LAYERED LOW PRESSURE CENTER IS ALONG THE SOUTH CAROLINA/
